Kilovolt Search recruits senior electrical project managers, superintendents and project executives for contractors building data centers, substations, grid and other critical facilities projects. We launched in October 2026, and these are the only roles we recruit for.

Every search at Kilovolt Search is led by an experienced specialist recruiter, our delivery partner, who also assesses the candidates. We find the contractors, research the market and keep the client relationship running.

We're new. We're signing our first delivery partners now, and we don't take a search until a partner is signed to run it.

We work with owners, division presidents and operations leaders at electrical and power contractors. If you need an electrical project manager, superintendent or project executive for data center, substation, grid or other critical facilities work, we'll talk it through with you.
How a search runs
Intake call. You walk us through the role, the project and what has made it hard to fill.
Research. We map which contractors are building similar work and who leads it.
Search. An experienced specialist recruiter leads the search and assesses each candidate.
Introductions. You only meet candidates who have given written OK to be presented for your role.
Offer. We stay with you and the candidate through the offer.
We're a new firm, so there's no client list here. Terms are discussed one to one, on the call.
